Training Periods

Osteopathy, even more than other professions in the art of healing, is a question of practice.

The theory taught in the schools recognised by the SBO-BVO – UP and which comply with the criteria given by the Académie d’Ostéopathie de Belgique gives you the essential bases to learn your job. But as Boileau’s appropriate quotation says: “"Bring your work back to the workshop twenty times. Polish it continuously, and polish it again". Practice is the best way to learn.

The Social Dispensary of Osteopathy must be for you, students of all levels, an indispensable tool to concretize your training in Osteopathic Medicine and to link theory with practice.

Two kinds of osteopathic visits are proposed :

for “adults” on Wednesday;
for “children” on Monday.

Training Conditions :

be a member of the SBO-BVO;
be a regular student in one of the schools recognised by the SBO-BVO – UP;
be covered by a Professional Civil Liability insurance in osteopathy – be covered by a Legal Defence insurance.
